Here you will find the explorative and often pretentious musings of myself, James Pickard, primarily on the world of video games, films and television.
I’ve given myself the freedom to write whatever is on my mind until I find a specific niche I enjoy the most; all I know is writing in some form is what I want to do.
In case you were wondering, I come from an academic background, earning a wonderfully useless degree in Film and Television Studies. For that degree I wrote a dissertation on complex narrative films and dabbled in screenwriting, so I have a strong interest in storytelling.
